Monitor project progress and proactively identify delays. Implement corrective action plans to recover timelines. Conduct weekly and monthly project review meetings.

Budget
Management & Cost Control Ensure projects are executed within approved budgets.
Establish project cost controls and budget monitoring mechanisms. Review project expenditures against approved budgets. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality. Negotiate with contractors, consultants, and vendors for optimum commercial terms.
Develop and implement value engineering initiatives. Standardize specifications and procurement practices across projects. Drive alternative sourcing and cost optimization programs. Evaluate project designs for cost-effectiveness. Benchmark costs against industry standards.
