Working days & timing: Monday - Saturday, 10 am -6.30 pm.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join Stanley Group - furniture manufacturing /retail company. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and successfully completing various projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities will include breaking down projects into manageable tasks, coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders, tracking project progress, and addressing any potential issues that may arise.

Job Responsibilities:

- Understand Business Requirements: Translate the Business Head’s vision, commercial goals, footfall projections, and brand guidelines into actionable project requirements for each new showroom.
- Design Proposal & Approvals: Lead concept development, layout planning, 3D visualization, material & finish selection, and BOQ finalization in line with Stanley’s design DNA.
- Vendor Management: Identify, empanel, negotiate, and manage architects, interior contractors, MEP vendors, furniture & lighting suppliers, and branding agencies.
- Landlord Management: Coordinate with mall developers/landlords for design approvals, LOD approvals, statutory NOCs, fit-out rules, and timeline alignment. Manage site access, utilities, and snag resolution with landlord teams.
- Site Execution Management:



Drive on-ground execution – quality, safety, cost, and timeline. Ensure zero deviation from approved GFC drawings and Stanley quality benchmarks.

Technical Requirements:

- Technical: AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, BOQ & costing, MEP basics, retail VM principles
- Managerial: Multi-site execution, P&L; mindset, contract & negotiation, team leadership
- Soft Skills: Stakeholder management, decision making under pressure, attention to detail, brand sensitivity
- Knowledge: Mall fit-out processes, statutory approvals in retail, premium material & lighting know-how

Requirements:

- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams.
- Exceptional decision-making skills, capable of making informed choices under pressure.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective problem solver, capable of finding creative solutions to complex challenges.
- Solid computer skills, including MS Excel and other relevant software.
- Minimum of 10- 15 years of relevant experience in a similar industry.
- Should be an Architect
- Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred.
