Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Coordination

- Prepare project schedules and execution plans.
- Coordinate project activities with internal teams and customers.
- Understand technical specifications and project requirements.
- Conduct feasibility studies and project planning.

Design & Engineering Support

- Support design engineers in preparing engineering drawings.
- Review engineering designs and obtain customer approvals.
- Provide technical assistance during project execution.





Project Execution

- Supervise manufacturing, installation, and commissioning activities.
- Ensure projects are completed according to quality and safety standards.
- Monitor project milestones and timelines.
- Manage project modifications and engineering changes.

Client Coordination

- Act as the primary contact for project-related communication.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments.
- Prepare regular project progress reports.

Cost & Budget Management

- Monitor project costs and budgets.
- Prepare project cost estimates.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Ensure effective utilization of project resources.

Documentation

- Maintain engineering documentation.
- Prepare project reports and technical records.
- Maintain drawings, approvals, contracts, inspection reports, and project files.

Commissioning & Handover

- Support testing and commissioning of cranes and hoists.
- Coordinate load testing and certification.
- Complete client handover documentation.
- Provide customer training after project completion.
