Role & responsibilities

1. Project Coordination:

- Assist the Project Manager in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.

- Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure adherence to project timelines.

- Identify and resolve any project-related issues or conflicts that may arise.

2. Site Operations:

- Supervise and provide guidance to the site engineers, ensuring their tasks are aligned with project requirements.

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction activities, quality standards, and safety protocols.

- Review and approve construction drawings, designs, and technical specifications.

- Collaborate with the project team to ensure the availability of necessary resources, materials, and equipment.

3. Quality Assurance:

- Implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.





- Conduct regular inspections to identify and rectify any quality issues or deviations.

- Collaborate with the quality control team to develop and maintain quality assurance procedures.

4. Documentation and Reporting:

- Prepare project documentation, including progress reports, site records, and technical reports.

- Maintain accurate records of project activities, changes, and approvals.

- Assist in the preparation of project-related documentation for regulatory compliance.

5. Health, Safety, and Workplace (HSE):

- Ensure adherence to HSE policies and procedures, promoting a safe working environment.

- Conduct regular safety inspections and address any safety concerns promptly.

- Monitor and enforce compliance with applicable safety regulations and standards.

Report any safety incidents or accidents and contribute to the implementation of preventive measures

Preferred candidate profile

- B.E/DCE- Civil Engineering with minimum 7/12 Years of Experience in construction field
- Should have good knowledge in Auto CAD, MS Project & MS Excel
