- A graduate in Civil, Electrical, Electronics, Electronics and Communication, or Electrical and Electronics Engineering, with a functional understanding of English reading, writing, and speaking.

- Minimum of 25 years of experience in the transport and logistics infrastructure sector, post-bachelor's degree.

- At least 8-10 years of experience required in high-speed rail and metro projects.

- International Experience - Minimum of 10 years' experience required for EPCs Companies. Expected candidates should be highly qualified.

- Candidate should possess management skills and have knowledge of the system.

- International origin is also considerable, someone who has the experience of developed countries.

- As a team leader or in a similar role. The duration of relevant experience in the position immediately.





- The proposed position within the organization will also be taken into account; however, its weightage will be only 50%. For instance, two years in this position will be counted as one year. The role directly below the proposed position is Deputy Team Leader/K1.

- The position or one level below the proposed position requires a full time continuous deployment period of no less than 2 years.

The Eligible

Assignment period at the position immediately below the proposed position within the organization will also be considered; however, its weight will only account for 50% of the total. For example, 2 years in that position will be considered equivalent to 1 year.
