We are looking for a Project Coordinator – After Sales who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experience and ensuring seamless execution of after-sales projects for Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
? Position: Project Coordinator
? Location: Greater Noida
? Experience: 2-4 Years (Preferred)
? What You'll Do
Coordinate after-sales projects from handover to closure.
Manage preventive maintenance, breakdown services, warranty claims, and AMC activities.
Collaborate with customers, service engineers, operations, logistics, and internal teams.
Track project milestones, service requests, and ensure timely issue resolution.
Prepare service reports, project updates, and customer documentation.
Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication and continuous improvement initiatives.
✅ We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical,
Electronics, or a related Engineering discipline.
2-4 years of experience in After Sales Project Coordination or Service Coordination.
Experience in BESS, Lithium-ion Batteries, Renewable Energy, Solar, EV, Power Electronics, or related industries.
Solid knowledge of project handover, commissioning support, warranty management, service scheduling, and project closure.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/CRM systems, and project tracking tools.
