Position: Project Coordinator

Industry: Water & Wastewater Treatment

Experience: 3–7 Years

Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support the execution of water and wastewater treatment projects. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients, vendors, site teams, and internal departments to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

 Coordinate project activities from order receipt to project completion.

 Prepare and maintain project schedules, progress reports, and documentation.

 Liaise with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams for smooth project execution.

 Monitor project timelines and follow up on pending activities.

 Coordinate procurement and delivery of project materials and equipment.

 Track project costs, billing milestones, and payment follow-ups.

 Prepare project correspondence, MOMs (Minutes of Meetings), and status reports.

 Support site engineers and project managers in resolving project-related issues.

 Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards,



and safety requirements.

 Maintain project records, drawings, technical documents, and contractual documents.

Required Skills

 Robust project coordination and communication skills.

 Knowledge of water treatment systems, STP, ETP, WTP, UF, RO, and related processes.

 Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

 Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical documents.

 Good organizational and time management skills.

 Experience in vendor coordination and project documentation.

 Familiarity with ERP systems is an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

 3–7 years of experience in project coordination within the water treatment,

wastewater treatment, EPC, or environmental engineering industry.

 Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Location: New Delhi

Salary: Salary will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and company standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
