About the Organization: Atmasantosh Foundation is a non-profit organization advancing education and health literacy across India. We empower youth and underserved communities to unlock their potential and build sustainable futures through financial aid, mentorship, life-skills training, career readiness, and first-aid safety training.
About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Trainee to support the implementation of our scholarship programs. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about working in the social impact and development sector and are eager to gain hands-on experience in program management. You will work closely with the Program Manager and play an active role in coordinating stakeholders, organizing events, and supporting program operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Foundation's scholarship programs
- Coordinate with students, parents, volunteers, and partner organizations
- Support the planning and execution of workshops, exposure visits, and other events, including logistics management
- Collect and organize data and feedback to support program monitoring and learning
- Prepare presentations, reports, and communication materials
- Maintain proper documentation and records for program activities
Reporting to: Program Manager, Patang Scholars Program
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a reputed college
- High level of proficiency in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and G-Suite
- Working knowledge of design tools such as Canva and Photoshop is a plus

Compensation
Rs. 15,000 - Rs. 25,000 per month (commensurate with qualifications and experience)
