We are seeking a energetic and enthusiastic Instructor to enhance spoken English and communication skills among primary school students at Hissar. The instructor will be responsible for creating an engaging learning environment that promotes vocabulary development, conversational fluency, confidence-building, and effective communication.
Responsibilities
- Conduct spoken English classes for primary-grade students.
- Design and facilitate interactive vocabulary-building activities to improve word usage and language comprehension.
- Organize group discussions, storytelling sessions, role-plays, debates, and presentations appropriate for primary learners.
- Encourage peer-learning activities that promote collaborative communication and confidence in speaking English.
- Assess student progress and provide regular feedback on language development.
- Create lesson plans and teaching materials aligned with learning objectives Project Goal.
- Develop practical training modules and activities for educators for further project sustainability.
- Maintain necessary documents pertaining to the project.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Excellent spoken and written English proficiency.
- Strong understanding of language acquisition and communication skills development.
- Working experience of at least 2 years or more to primary school students.
- Experience conducting teacher training or professional development workshops.
- Experience working in inclusive education settings will be an added advantage.
