About the Role : Program Manager

- Oversee a large, site-wide data center construction and delivery organization, managing scopes related to construction projects
- Establish and maintain various delivery models and global relationships with multiple customers
- Facilitate communication among technical experts to develop solutions.
- Foster relationships between cross-functional teams, including external parties/vendors.
- Identify and resolve process and communication breakdowns.
- Collaborate with data center and network architecture groups to ensure designs and implementations balance current requirements and ongoing operations.




- Evaluate alternatives and develop cost estimates for project-specific feasibility studies. Create standards and templates to streamline build processes, and design and SOW documents for data center and network infrastructure
- Prepare charts, maps, scopes of work, and other materials to clearly describe projects to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Manage tracking and delivery of complex, multi-quarter technical projects spanning multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Identify risks and proactively resolve issues.
- Drive the planning and implementation of programs and features, establishing goals, schedules, and milestones.
- Use project management tools and systems to report, analyze and predict the project progress
- Manage execution within the engineering team, identifying opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency.
