Role Overview

PRISM is looking for a highly driven Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives, drive operational excellence, and ensure seamless execution of strategic projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong stakeholder management skills, analytical capabilities, and hands-on experience with data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end program execution across multiple teams and functions.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive business objectives and ensure timely project delivery.
- Define program goals, timelines, milestones, and success metrics.
- Track program performance and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Analyze business data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Build and automate reports, dashboards, and performance trackers.
- Drive process optimization and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Coordinate with product, operations, finance, and business teams to resolve bottlenecks and improve execution.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets,



and quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in Program Management, Business Operations, Strategy, Analytics, or a related role.
- Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and large-scale projects.

Required Skills

- Solid Stakeholder Management and communication skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Dashboards, Advanced Formulas).
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Working knowledge of Python for data analysis, automation, and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills

- Project Management and Process Improvement experience.
- Experience in operations, consulting, technology, e-commerce, travel, or hospitality sectors.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and data-driven decision-making.
