Role Overview We're looking for a Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery for a North American client. You'll be the primary point of contact during the client's business hours, coordinating across AltrusAI's engineering, product, and delivery teams to keep programs on track, on scope, and on time. Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison between the client and AltrusAI's delivery, engineering, and product teams

Own program planning: scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resourcing

Run daily standups, sprint ceremonies, and status reporting; drive risk and issue management to resolution





Manage stakeholder expectations across time zones and translate client priorities into clear, actionable plans for the team

Track budgets, delivery health, and reporting metrics, and surface blockers early

Ensure quality and consistency of deliverables against client requirements Requirements

5+ years in program/project management, ideally in software delivery, insurtech, or fintech

Proven experience managing North American or global clients

Robust command of Agile/Scrum delivery

Excellent written and verbal English and confident stakeholder communication

Willingness and ability to work U.S. Eastern hours

PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is a plus Nice to Have

Insurance or insurtech domain knowledge

Familiarity with low-code platforms (e.g., Unqork)

Experience in a startup or high-ownership, small-team environment
