- Own end-to-end hardware program execution across package, board, and post-silicon validation.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across silicon design, package, board, firmware, and validation teams.
- Plan and track program milestones (Pre-Si, EVT/DVT/PVT, Post-Si) with clear deliverables.
- Manage dependencies, risks, and issues across hardware domains and ensure timely resolution.
- Establish requirement traceability and manage changes across the hardware lifecycle.
- Enable validation readiness by aligning design, board, and system requirements early.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in:

o Program management.

o System/SoC hardware development with execution ownership.

- Strong understanding of:





o Hardware development lifecycle (Pre-Si to Post-Si).

o Package, board design, and bring-up processes.

- Proven track record of driving cross-functional hardware programs.

- Exposure to post-silicon validation or lab environments.
- Familiarity with high-speed interfaces, SI/PI, and system integration challenges.
