NRole Overview: Provide structured execution tracking and milestone visibility across factory readiness and ramp stabilization.
NKey Responsibilities:

- Maintain master tracker covering readiness, capex, procurement, and ramp milestones
N
- Track manpower ramp andequipment readiness
N
- Monitor BOM status and engineering change control
N
- Track MES, SAP, and IT readiness milestones
N
- Prepare executive dashboards for leadership review
N
- Ensure action items across functions are tracked to closure
N
nFunctional Interaction: BD, Engineering, SCM, Finance, Facility, HR, Quality, IT
NExperience: 6–10 years in manufacturing program management or execution tracking roles
NQualification: B.E./B.Tech or MBA
NBusiness Impact: Provides execution visibility and prevents fragmented ramp control
