Role Description This is a part-time, on-site/remote role based in New Delhi for a Program Documentation & CSR Associate. The associate will document ongoing and completed programs, maintain organized records, and prepare reports,



case studies, and summaries for internal and external stakeholders.

They will support CSR partnership activities by drafting proposals, presentations, and impact reports, and assisting in compliance with CSR and regulatory documentation requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering data from field teams, capturing stories and outcomes from initiatives, updating content for communication materials, and supporting events and community engagement activities. The role involves close collaboration with program leads, volunteers, and partner organizations to ensure clear, accurate, and timely documentation that reflects the foundation’s impact.

Qualifications * A person with CSR Background preferably with experience in waste management/urban planning sector
