Program Associate : JEE Student Counsellor & Mentorship Associate ( Delhi & Punjab ) Who We’re Looking For ● Graduate in Science / Mathematics / Engineering.

● Candidate Belong from Delhi ( In Case of Punjab , Punjabi speaking ) ● 1–2 years of experience in government school programs, NGO/CSR education projects.

● 1–4 years of experience in counselling, mentoring, education, ed-tech, or student support.

● Experience working with government schools or education programs is preferred. What You’ll Actually Do Role Overview The JEE Student Counsellor & Mentorship Associate will support government school students preparing for engineering entrance examinations such as JEE. The role involves student counselling, mentorship, academic tracking, career guidance, parent engagement, and coordination with schools and coaching partners to ensure students remain motivated and on track throughout the program.

Key Responsibilities Student Counselling & Mentorship ● Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with students to understand their academic goals, challenges, and aspirations.

● Develop personalized mentorship plans for assigned students.

● Regularly follow up with students through calls, online meetings, and in-person interactions.

● Motivate students to maintain consistent study habits and prepare effectively for JEE.

Academic Tracking● Monitor student attendance, test scores, assignments, and overall academic progress.

● Identify students requiring additional academic or emotional support.

● Coordinate with faculty and coaching partners to address learning gaps.

● Maintain detailed mentoring records and update the organization's database/LMS.

Parent & School Engagement ● Conduct regular parent counselling sessions to encourage family support.

● Coordinate with school principals, teachers, and district officials regarding student progress.

● Share periodic progress reports with relevant stakeholders.

Career Guidance ● Guide students on JEE preparation strategies, engineering career pathways,





scholarships, and higher education opportunities.

● Conduct awareness sessions on engineering colleges, admissions, and career planning.

Program Operations ● Support student selection, onboarding, and orientation activities.

● Organize webinars, mentorship sessions, boot camps, and motivational workshops.

● Assist in conducting baseline tests, assessments, and feedback surveys.

● Ensure timely documentation and reporting of program activities.

Data Management & Reporting ● Maintain accurate student records in the database/LMS.

● Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.

● Track student engagement and intervention outcomes using data Required Skills ● Robust communication skills in Hindi and English (Punjabi is an mandatory for

Punjab-based roles).

● Excellent counselling and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to motivate and engage students from diverse backgrounds.

● Strong organizational and documentation skills.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM/LMS platforms.

● Ability to analyze student performance data and recommend interventions.
