What You'll Do ● Make outbound calls, follow up on leads, and manage the full sales cycle ● Understand customer needs and match them to the right program ● Answer queries, send info, and demo product features ● Maintain accurate CRM records for leads and customers ● Stay updated on our offerings and the competitive landscape ● Upsell relevant products/services ● Research and qualify new leads ● Close sales and hit monthly targets What We're Looking For ● Experience in inside sales/tele-sales, ideally selling to US customers ● Robust English communication skills ● Comfort with outbound calling and target-driven work ● CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) ● Self-motivated, remote-work ready ● Available for US-aligned hours, including early Monday shift
