We're looking for a driven Program Advisor to guide prospective US learners through Interview Kickstart's programs — from first conversation to enrollment.
What You'll Do
Make outbound calls, follow up on leads, and manage the full sales cycle
Understand customer needs and match them to the right program
Answer queries, send info, and demo product features
Maintain accurate CRM records for leads and customers
Stay updated on our offerings and the competitive landscape
Upsell relevant products/services
Research and qualify current leads
Close sales and hit monthly targets
What We're Looking For
Experience in inside sales/tele-sales, ideally selling to US customers
Strong English communication skills
Comfort with outbound calling and target-driven work
CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
Self-motivated, remote-work ready
Available for US-aligned hours, including early Monday shift
