Job DescriptionProfessor – Foundation (Design)

NMumbai, Delhi

nWe are looking for an experienced and passionate resource for the Foundation department at Pearl Academy, Mumbai and Delhi. The role requires strong academic leadership, faculty management, industry engagement, and a student-centric approach.

NKey Responsibilities:

NCurriculum Development/ Planning

N- Course planning for allcourses for the academic session

N- Academic calendar implementation

NCurriculum execution

n- Review section-wise data/ marks statements

N- Monitor progress of students to next level

NFaculty Management

n- Orienting and mentor current faculty members (on course structure, course related documents and KRAs)

N- Timetabling and monitorFET

N- Assess TQ / MQ and provide valuable feedback for improvement to faculty

NTeaching

n- Designand teach subjects/modules/courses

N- Engaging faculty to prepare / revise course materials and resources

NExternal focus





n- Enhance industry relations for better visibility within the region

N- Represent the department at regional marketing & sales activities/ assigning faculty

N- Coordinate with CRD forhigh ROI for students' placements

NCounselling & Mentoring

N- Identify development needs and mentor the students

N- Manage feedback received through PCMs, manage course teams and follow-up with S3 for student issues

NOther Activities

n- Plan Student orientation for all courses

N- Any other department related responsibilities at regional level

N- Supporting the AD to create a research culture in the dept.

N- Active team player withAD in identifying new source of revenue generation in the form of consulting projects, B2B, Pop up labs etc
