NiceCoat India (Parth Chemtech) is urgently looking for a results-driven Production Supervisor to lead operations at our primary manufacturing facility in Metoda G.I.D.C., Rajkot .

We are a premier manufacturer of high-performance Epoxy, Polyester, and Hybrid powder coating colors , serving diverse industrial clients. Our facility operates advanced machinery for weighing, premixing, extrusion, milling, and sieving , and we require a robust shop-floor leader who understands chemical batch processing.

Position Details

Role: Production Supervisor

Location: Metoda G.I.D.C., Rajkot (On-site)

Experience: 2+ Years in Manufacturing / Chemical Processing

Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (Preferred)

Role Overview

This is a core operations role responsible for ensuring high-volume production runs smoothly while maintaining the strict quality standards NiceCoat India is known for.

Key Responsibilities⚙️ Line Management

- Oversee end-to-end manufacturing:
- Raw Material Weighing
- Premixing
- Extrusion
- Milling
- Sieving
- Ensure daily production targets are met without compromising quality





Manpower Handling
- Supervise and motivate shop-floor operators
- Allocate manpower effectively across shifts
- Resolve on-floor conflicts and productivity challenges

Inventory & Packing
- Manage Finished Goods (FG) stock levels
- Ensure availability of packing materials
- Coordinate dispatch readiness

? In-Process QC Coordination
- Coordinate with Lab for timely sampling
- Ensure zero-defect batch production
- Prevent rework and rejection losses

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who demonstrate:

✔ Strong shop-floor leadership in a labor-intensive environment

✔ Hands-on technical troubleshooting capability

✔ Experience in managing high-volume chemical batch processing

✔ Ability to maintain production logs and basic computer reporting

✔ Prior experience in Paints, Powder Coating, or Chemical Processing (Highly Preferred)

Candidates who have worked in similar G.I.D.C. industrial environments will be considered a strong cultural fit.
