Role Description The Production Staff role is a full-time, in office position based in Uttar Pradesh, India. This role involves supporting day-to-day production activities on the shop floor, including operating equipment, following production schedules, and maintaining safe and hygienic working conditions in line with food industry standards.

The Production

Staff member helps monitor product quality, reports issues, and adheres to standard operating procedures and company policies.



The role also includes coordinating with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth workflow, participating in basic maintenance or cleaning tasks as required, and assisting in training and onboarding of new team members. Flexibility to work in shifts and collaborate across functions is essential.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Production Planning and Production Management to support efficient execution of daily manufacturing activities.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to coordinate with team members, supervisors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control skills to ensure products meet Britannia’s standards and comply with food safety and regulatory requirements.
- Candidates should possess Training capabilities to help onboard new staff and reinforce standard operating procedures on the production floor.
- Prior experience in food manufacturing or FMCG production environments is preferred.
- Understanding of safety, hygiene, and basic machine operation in a factory setting is beneficial.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; technical or vocational training in production or engineering disciplines is an advantage.
- Ability to work in shifts, stand for extended periods, follow instructions accurately, and contribute positively to a team-oriented environment.
