Supervise daily production operations to meet production plans and schedules.

Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.

Monitor manpower allocation and utilization.

Coordinate with Planning, Stores, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering departments to resolve production issues.

Monitor man hrs utilization and minimize downtime.

Conduct daily production meetings .

Track and report production KPIs such as output, efficiency, rejection, and downtime.

Identify and implement continuous improvement, 5S, and Kaizen initiatives.

- Maintain proper documentation related to production records/reports.
