The Production Professional and Technical Coordinator positions may be treated as priority and specialized appointments rather than routine replacements.

The required personnel must possess demonstrated experience in:

1. Production planning and execution of large-scale institutional events.
2. Sound, lighting, LED walls, stage infrastructure and live-streaming systems.
3. Technical vendor identification, negotiation, deployment and performance monitoring.
4. Preparation and scrutiny of technical specifications, BOQs and production layouts.
5. On-site troubleshooting and execution under compressed timelines.
6. Simultaneous management of multiple venues and event requirements.
7. Maintenance of event-wise production records, inventories, rate cards and vendor databases.

Required Skills & qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree
- 1–3 years of experience.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service orientation.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, MS Excel).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving and organizational skills.
