Hiring a Production Senior Supervisor for a manufacturing plant located in Waluj MIDC

Job Details

- Experience: 3–6 years in a manufacturing setting (Experience in Sheet Metal or Fabrication is highly preferred).

- Education: Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering.

- Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month.

- Location: Waluj MIDC, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar (Aurangabad)

Key Responsibilities ()

- Oversee daily production activities to meet targets and quality standards.

- Manage and supervise shop floor manpower and machine allocation.

- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and 5S standards on the production floor.

- Monitor sheet metal fabrication processes, including cutting, bending, and welding.

- Reduce rejection rates and optimize material utilization.

- Coordinate with the maintenance and quality departments to minimize downtime
