Brief Job Profile:

We are looking for a qualified PPC Engineer who is supposed to plan, schedule, monitor and control actions ahead of time to ensure seamless flow of the manufacturing process, end to end. PPC Engineer is expected to understand program schedule requirements and creates production plans with appropriate baseline. He acts as a bridge between planning and execution, focusing on maximizing efficiency, maintaining quality standards and adapting to changes during this process.

The goal is to ensure the smooth and cost-effective flow of our production operations.

Some Key Responsibilities of Production Planning Control Engineer:

- Prepares monthly production plan for each machine separately.
- Assigns resources such as machinery, raw materials, and labor to optimize production output while minimizing the cost.
- Ensures production as per MOQ or execution at appropriate differential rates.
- Fixes the production plan based on the orders /Sales Production received from Business Development Team considering the inventory level with optimum utilization of installed machine.




- Implements quality assurance measures and checks at various stages o production to maintain high-quality standards and minimize defects.
- Coordinates between production, marketing, procurement & dispatch.
- Coordinates with the Customer as and when required.
- Uses idle capacity to create Buffer stock.
- Devices accurate methodology having method study of manufacturing with the other engineering economic principles.

Qualification, Experience:

- Degree of B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Automobile, Diploma in Mechanical.
- 5 years + experience – HVAC / Auto Component /Engineering Industry.

Skills & Abilities:

- Proven experience as production planner
- Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles
- Experience in MRP II (Manufacturing Resource Planning)/ERP
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities
