Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute daily production schedules to meet delivery timelines.

Ensure product quality standards are maintained across all production stages.

Lead and manage production teams, supervisors, and line manpower efficiently.

Coordinate with merchandising, quality, and warehouse teams for smooth operations.

Monitor productivity, reduce wastage, and improve manufacturing efficiency.

Ensure compliance with factory SOPs, safety standards, and production targets.

Required Skills

✔ Product Planning

✔ Quality Checking & Process Control

✔ Manpower Handling & Team Leadership





✔ Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes

✔ Production planning, line balancing & target achievement

✔ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Experience

Minimum 8 years in garment manufacturing.

Prior experience as a Production Manager or Assistant Production Manager is preferred.
