Requirements and Qualifications:

- BE/Diploma-MECH, Industrial Management

- Minimum Experience required 5 to 10 Yrs.

- Should have a knowledge of Engineering Drawing and Measuring Instruments such as Vanier Calliper, Measuring Tape etc.

- Well aware of Machine - Fabrication, Welding Machine ( Mig Tig, Arc etc.)

- Required knowledge of paint shop process (Surface treatment, pre-treatment process of paint shop)

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within an industrial manufacturing environment

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members at all levels.

Responsibilities:





- Should be able to oversee the day-to-day operations of the production line to ensure efficiency and productivity.

- Must Lead and motivate production teams to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.

- Should Implement quality control procedures to ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working setting.

- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products to ensure continuity of production.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
