Role Description The Production Manager – Stalls & Exhibitions is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end production of exhibition stalls, event displays, and brand installations, from brief to execution.

The Production

Manager will coordinate with internal creative and account teams, vendors, and on-ground crews to ensure designs are translated accurately into high-quality builds within timelines and budgets. Daily responsibilities include supervising fabrication and installation, managing production schedules, reviewing technical drawings and material specifications, arranging logistics, and conducting site visits for quality checks.



The role also includes troubleshooting on-site issues, enforcing safety and compliance standards, optimizing costs, and continuously improving production processes to deliver seamless, brand-aligned experiences.

Qualifications

Experience in production management for exhibitions, events, or retail environments, including stall fabrication, installation, and on-ground coordination.

Strong project management skills, with ability to plan schedules, manage budgets, handle multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.

Knowledge of materials, fabrication techniques, vendors, and technical drawings (CAD or similar tools) relevant to stalls and exhibitions.

Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, account managers, clients, and vendors, with clear written and verbal communication.

Proven skills in vendor management, negotiation, and quality control, ensuring work meets design and safety standards.

Comfort working in office at events and exhibition venues, including supervising crews, resolving issues, and maintaining safety protocols.

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Production, Event Management, Exhibition Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.

Previous experience in branding, experiential marketing, or creative agencies in Mumbai or similar markets is an advantage.
