Adira Labs is being developed as a next-generation, technology-led cosmetics and personal care manufacturing facility, with a strong focus on automation, quality, sustainability, data-driven operations and engineering excellence.

The facility is equipped with advanced BMS, EMS, HVAC, environmental monitoring and integrated utility systems.

Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Production Manager – Cosmetics to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations and ensure quality, productivity, cost efficiency, GMP compliance and timely production.

Key Responsibilities Plan and execute daily, weekly and monthly production as per business requirements.

Manage manufacturing of creams, lotions, shampoos, conditioners, face washes, gels, serums, sunscreens, body care and other cosmetic products.

Ensure manufacturing as per approved formulations, BMR/BPR, SOPs and GMP requirements.

Drive production efficiency, OEE, yield, RFT, manpower productivity and capacity utilisation.

Identify and eliminate production bottlenecks, downtime, wastage and rework.

Coordinate with QA, QC, R&D;, Engineering, Planning, Warehouse and Packaging for smooth production.

Lead scale-up, technology transfer, trials and commercialisation of recent products.





Ensure compliance with Cosmetics Rules, 2020, GMP and ISO 22716.

Maintain production documentation, batch records and ERP transactions accurately.

Manage, train and develop production officers, supervisors and operators.

Drive continuous improvement, Lean/5S initiatives and manufacturing cost reduction.

Ensure safety, hygiene, housekeeping and audit readiness across production areas.

Support customer, GMP and regulatory audits and timely closure of production-related observations. Key KPIs

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Technology or related field.

10–15 years' experience in Cosmetics / Beauty & Personal Care manufacturing.

Strong hands-on experience in cosmetic manufacturing and GMP environments.

Experience in contract/private-label manufacturing and export-oriented businesses will be preferred.

Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO 22716, production planning, process optimisation, and team management.

Experience in scale-up, technology transfer and new product commercialisation is an advantage.
