Key Responsibilities:

Floor Operations & Management

- Make daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.

- Match output targets with export shipment deadlines.

- Floor Operations & Management

- Oversee cutting, stitching, printing, embroidery, finishing, and packing.

- Make sure workers follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).

- Track machine use and plan regular equipment upkeep.

- Work with Quality Control (QC) to cut down defect rates and re-work.

- Ensure safety and social compliance rules are met on the floor.

Education & Experience

- 3-5 years of total work experience required.

- Minimum Graduation or Diploma required.

- Deep know-how of garment or goods production steps.

Soft Skills

- Strong leadership and team motivation.

- Rapid problem-solving under tight shipping dates.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
