Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Production Manager role based in Delhi, India.

The Production

Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations, including planning production schedules, managing workflow, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include supervising production staff, allocating resources effectively, and monitoring equipment performance to minimize downtime. The role involves coordinating with procurement, quality control, and logistics teams to maintain steady material supply and timely product dispatch.

The Production

Manager will also track production metrics,



implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with relevant food industry regulations and company policies.

Experience in managing pulses production.

Demonstrated experience managing production operations in manufacturing, preferably in the food or FMCG sector.

Strong skills in production planning, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.

Knowledge of quality assurance practices, food safety standards, and regulatory compliance.

Ability to lead and motivate on-site production teams, with effective people management and conflict-resolution skills.

Proficiency in using production reporting tools and basic MS Office applications for tracking KPIs and documentation.

Relevant education such as a degree or diploma in Food Technology, Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a focus on continuous improvement and cost efficiency.

Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, quality, and logistics.
