AP Electrical Solutions is a growing manufacturer of electrical products, including switches, MCBs, LED lights, tube lights, fans, and electrical accessories. We are looking for an experienced Production Manager with a strong background in electrical manufacturing to lead and optimize our production operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end manufacturing operations and daily production planning.

Achieve production targets while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Supervise production teams, machine operators, and line supervisors.

Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and SOPs.

Monitor production schedules, manpower, machine utilization, and raw material availability.

Coordinate with Purchase, Quality, Warehouse, and Dispatch departments.

Reduce production losses, downtime, and wastage through process improvements.

Prepare daily production reports and implement corrective actions when required.

Candidate Profile

Minimum 5–10 years of experience as a Production Manager or Production Supervisor in an electrical manufacturing company.





Must have hands-on experience in manufacturing products such as switches, MCBs, distribution boards, LED lighting, wiring accessories, or similar electrical products.

Robust knowledge of assembly line operations, production planning, quality control, and factory management.

Experience in handling production teams and achieving daily/monthly production targets.

Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement practices is preferred.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
