#Vacancies: 1 Role & Responsibilities 1.

Production

Oversight

•⁠ ⁠Plan, schedule, and monitor daily production of disinfectants, sanitizers, and DNA/RNA scientific reagents

•⁠ ⁠Ensure batch consistency, yield targets, and GMP compliance

•⁠ ⁠Manage raw material usage and production output reports 2. Quality & Compliance

•⁠ ⁠Implement GMP, ISO, FDA & WHO guidelines for disinfectant manufacturing

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with QA/QC for in-process checks, validation, and documentation

•⁠ ⁠Maintain DNA/RNA contamination control protocols in cleanroom areas 3. Team Management

•⁠ ⁠Lead, train, and supervise 15-25 production, packing, and utility staff

•⁠ ⁠Assign shifts, monitor performance, and enforce safety protocols





•⁠ ⁠Conduct regular training on SOPs and biosafety 4.

Process

Improvement

•⁠ ⁠Optimize formulation, mixing, filling, and packaging lines

•⁠ ⁠Reduce wastage, downtime, and improve cost efficiency

•⁠ ⁠Introduce current technologies/methods for better productivity 5. Regulatory & Documentation

•⁠ ⁠Maintain batch records, logbooks, SOPs, and regulatory filings

•⁠ ⁠Liaise with QC, Warehouse, and R&D; for new product trials and scale-ups

•⁠ ⁠Prepare reports for management and audits 6. Safety & Hygiene

•⁠ ⁠Enforce PPE, chemical handling, and biosafety protocols for DNA/RNA work

•⁠ ⁠Ensure proper ETP, waste disposal, and fire safety compliance

•⁠ ⁠Maintain a clean and hazard-free production environment
