- 15-20 yrs exp in manufacturing, sheet metal stamping & press shop operations

- Experience managing Unionized Workforces in multi-line manufacturing environment

- Lead end-to-end production operations across sheet metal stamping, press shop, and multiple assembly lines at a large manufacturing plant.

- Drive productivity, quality, safety, cost, and delivery performance through effective manufacturing leadership.

- Manage a large workforce comprising engineers, unionised employees, and contract workforce while ensuring harmonious industrial relations.

- Collaborate closely with Quality, PPIC, Stores, Maintenance, and Plant Finance to achieve operational objectives.

- Champion continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes to enhance operational efficiency.

- Support the Plant Head in driving manufacturing excellence and developing the plant's long-term operational strategy.

The Successful Applicant

- The ideal candidate is a full-time Mechanical,



Automobile, Industrial, or Production Engineering graduate with 15-20 years of manufacturing experience in automotive or consumer durable.

- They should possess solid expertise in sheet metal manufacturing, press shop, stamping, and assembly operations,

- Must have been a leader of of large, unionised, multi-line manufacturing teams in a mass production environment.

- Experience from automotive OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, or manufacturers of small consumer appliances preferred.
