Position: Production Engineer

Location: Bhilad near by Vapi

Experience: 3 - 5 Years

Responsibilities:

- Plan and monitor daily production to achieve output targets.
- Ensure smooth manufacturing of foam, mattresses, and related products as per quality standards.
- Optimize machine utilization and reduce production downtime.
- Supervise shop-floor operations and manage shift manpower.
- Monitor raw material consumption and minimize process wastage.
- Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, Stores, and Planning teams for smooth production flow.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and 5S practices.
- Analyze production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain production reports, shift records, and inventory documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality,



and cost efficiency.
