Role Description The Production Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for supporting day-to-day operations on the production floor. This role includes assisting with production line activities, operating machinery under supervision, and ensuring that workflows run smoothly and efficiently.

The Production

Associate will help monitor product quality, report any defects or issues to supervisors, and follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols.



Daily tasks also include maintaining a clean and organized work area, coordinating with team members and supervisors, and adapting to changing production schedules or priorities to meet delivery timelines. Qualifications

Strong interest in production assistance and working within production lines to support smooth operations.

Ability to operate machines safely and efficiently, with attention to basic maintenance and troubleshooting.

Experience or aptitude in quality control, including inspecting products and following quality standards.

Demonstrated ability to be easily adaptable in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment and handle changing tasks.

Basic understanding of textile or apparel manufacturing processes is an advantage.

Ability to follow instructions, standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines consistently.

Good teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.

1-2 Year Prior experience in a production or factory setting is preferred but not mandatory.
