We are looking for a resourceful, execution-focused Product Marketing & Growth Specialist to help scale our custom LMS services and in-house B2B software products. You will sit right at the intersection of product strategy, content creation, and outbound lead generation.
One day you will be researching competitors to help define our next product features; the next, you’ll be building an outbound list on Apollo, designing a case study in Canva, or recording a walkthrough video. If you love variety, ownership, and seeing the direct impact of your campaigns on revenue, this is your role. Core Responsibilities
B2B Outbound Lead Generation: Identify high-fit target accounts and decision-makers for our custom LMS services. Build clean lists and run high-converting cold email/outbound campaigns using Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Competitor & Product Research: Keep a pulse on the LMS and B2B SaaS landscape. Analyze competitor features, identify market gaps, and collaborate on the product roadmap for new features.
Content & Funnel Creation: Write and publish high-impact case studies directly into WordPress.
Design sleek sales collateral, presentations, and social media graphics using Canva.
Video & Social Media Execution: Script and record engaging "how-to" videos, feature walkthroughs, or product demos. Own our social media presence by turning technical insights into engaging, value-driven posts.
Required Skills & Experience
Outbound Tool Proficiency: Proven experience building targeted lead lists and managing cold email workflows using Apollo and Sales Navigator.
Content & Design Capabilities: Comfortable managing content layouts in WordPress and creating polished, skilled visuals/slates in Canva.
Video Creation: Experience using tools like Loom, Camtasia, or Descript to quickly record, edit, and voice-over clean product walkthroughs or tutorial videos.
Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with the LMS / Elearning space is a massive plus.
Growth Mindset: You don't just wait for a brief; you proactively look at what competitors are doing, suggest features, and build the campaigns to sell them.
