This role is for one of Weekday s clients Min Experience 3 years Location Bengaluru JobType full-time Requirements We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Product Manager - Generative AI to lead the vision strategy and execution of cutting-edge AI-powered products With at least 3 years of experience in generative AI and proven expertise in product management you will play a pivotal role in building innovative solutions that harness the power of large language models LLMs multimodal AI and next-generation technologies As a Product Manager you will define product roadmaps collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure the successful delivery of AI-driven products that delight customers and create meaningful business impact This role requires a mix of strategic thinking technical understanding user empathy and execution excellence Key Responsibilities Define the vision strategy and roadmap for generative AI products aligning with business goals and market opportunities Translate customer needs and business objectives into clear product requirements epics and user stories Work closely with data scientists AI researchers and engineering teams to design and deliver scalable reliable and ethical AI-powered solutions Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management from ideation prototyping and development to launch adoption and continuous improvement Partner with UX UI designers to ensure seamless intuitive and impactful user experiences for AI-driven features Collaborate with sales marketing and customer success teams to develop go-to-market strategies positioning and messaging Stay at the forefront of generative AI trends LLM advancements multimodal systems and industry applications to guide product innovation Establish KPIs and success metrics to measure product adoption user satisfaction and ROI while iterating based on feedback and data insights Prioritize product initiatives effectively balancing short-term deliverables and long-term innovation goals Ensure that all generative AI solutions adhere to responsible AI compliance and ethical standards Act as the voice of the customer advocating for user needs in product discussions and strategic decisions Skills Experience 3 years of experience in building and managing generative AI or AI ML-based products Proven track record as a Product Manager with experience defining roadmaps writing PRDs and leading cross-functional teams Strong understanding of Generative AI technologies such as LLMs e g OpenAI Anthropic Hugging Face multimodal AI diffusion models or conversational AI systems Hands-on familiarity with AI platforms APIs and deployment frameworks OpenAI LangChain Hugging Face Vertex AI or similar Ability to translate technical AI concepts into business and customer value propositions Experience in Agile Scrum product management practices backlog grooming and sprint planning Excellent communication stakeholder management and presentation skills Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making Understanding of AI ethics bias mitigation and compliance frameworks is preferred Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Engineering Data Science Business Administration or a related field
