Role Overview :

We're looking for a Product and Delivery Manager who will shape our product roadmap, ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features, and drive the overall success of our healthcare platform.

You'll work closely with the Product Engineering, User Experience (UX), and Quality Assurance (QA) teams, and leadership while also engaging directly with clients and users to gather continuous product feedback and translate it into actionable improvements.

Key Responsibilities :

1.

Product

Management :

- Define product strategy and roadmap in alignment with company vision and customer needs.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements from internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Conduct regular client interactions, demos, and feedback sessions to deeply understand user needs and pain points.
- Create detailed product specifications, user stories, and wireframes when necessary.
- Champion user experience and ensure product decisions are data-driven and evidence-based.
- Collaborate closely with Product Engineering, UX, and QA teams to ensure a seamless product development lifecycle.
- Monitor product performance and iterate based on client feedback, analytics, and market trends.

2.

Delivery

Management :

- Own end-to-end delivery of product initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration.
- Build and manage project timelines, resource allocation, and ensure sprint goals are met.




- Identify risks and dependencies early, and collaborate with teams to unblock progress.
- Maintain transparency by regularly updating leadership and clients on progress, blockers, and solutions.
- Foster an agile, high-performance team culture with clear communication and accountability.

Qualifications :

- 3 - 8 years of experience in product management, project delivery, or a related role preferably in health tech, SaaS, or consumer technology sectors.
- Experience working directly with clients, gathering structured feedback, and translating it into actionable product requirements.
- Robust technical understanding of digital products, APIs, and cloud-based platforms.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams (engineering, design, clinical, etc.).
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships and manage expectations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience working in an agile/scrum environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, rapid changes, and "building from scratch."
- Bonus: familiarity with healthcare standards, regulations (e.g., HIPAA), or clinical workflows.

Notice Period : Immediate, Serving NP or 15 days or less max 30 days official NP.
