Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Product Manager who can bridge the gap between business objectives, customer needs, and technology solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong business acumen, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of product development methodologies.

The candidate will be responsible for driving product initiatives from concept to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of scalable and customer-centric digital products.

Candidates with prior experience in Wealth Management, Asset Management, Fintech, Lending, Capital Markets, Investment Platforms, or Financial Services domains will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

- Define and execute product strategy aligned with organizational goals and business priorities.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps based on customer insights, market opportunities, and business objectives.
- Identify new product opportunities and drive innovation across financial products and digital platforms.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify emerging trends and customer requirements.

Product Development & Execution





- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation, requirement gathering, development, testing, launch, and post-launch optimization.
- Create Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Business teams for successful product delivery.
- Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility.
- Drive Agile product development processes including sprint planning, backlog management, and release planning.

Customer Experience & Problem Solving

- Understand customer pain points and translate them into scalable product solutions.
- Utilize customer feedback, analytics, and data insights to continuously improve product performance.
- Define customer journeys and optimize user experiences across digital touchpoints.
- Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving initiatives to improve platform efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Data & Analytics

- Track product KPIs and business metrics.
- Monitor user engagement, conversion funnels, retention, and product performance.
- Leverage data-driven insights for decision-making and product optimization.
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis where applicable.

Stakeholder Management

- Work closely with business leaders and senior management to align product initiatives with strategic objectives.
- Communicate product vision, roadmap, priorities, and project status to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with external vendors, technology partners, and third-party integrations when required.

Regulatory & Compliance Collaboration

- Work closely with Compliance, Risk, and Legal teams to ensure products adhere to applicable regulatory requirements.




- Ensure product features align with industry standards, governance frameworks, and customer protection guidelines.

Required Skills & Competencies

Product Management

- Strong understanding of Product Management frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience managing products through complete product life cycles.
- Expertise in writing BRDs, PRDs, User Stories, Wireframes, and Functional Specifications.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Business Acumen

- Strong understanding of business models, revenue drivers, customer behavior, and operational processes.
- Ability to evaluate product opportunities from both customer and business perspectives.
- Commercial mindset with focus on growth and profitability.

Technical Understanding

- Solid understanding of technology architecture and software development processes.
- Ability to work effectively with engineering teams and understand technical constraints.
- Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, databases, and digital product ecosystems.
- Understanding of fintech platforms and digital financial services will be an added advantage.

Analytical & Problem Solving

- Excellent analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize effectively.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis capabilities.

Communication & Leadership

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- MBA from a reputed institution will be an added advantage.
