? We’re Hiring a Product Manager at Laser GRC!
At Laser GRC (Etrends Technologies Pvt Ltd), our enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance software powers critical workflows for 160+ enterprise clients across 30+ sectors and 6 countries, including leading banking and financial institutions.
We are now rebuilding our design philosophy from the ground up: modernizing our interfaces, rolling out a unified design system, and creating a lasting internal product design capability.
We are looking for a Product Manager based in Mumbai to lead this transformation.
What You’ll Do
- Own the Design Roadmap: Lead product design across our suite from discovery through implementation, aligning business goals with engineering execution.
- Drive Workflow Simplification: Streamline high-value enterprise workflows without disrupting the core habits our customers rely on daily.
- Build Design Systems: Partner closely with our external design studio to scale a shared design system and component library.
- Bridge Design & Engineering: Host weekly working sessions, conduct design QA, and ensure what gets designed is what actually ships.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of shipping B2B or enterprise software end-to-end.
- Experience partnering with UI/UX designers and working with design systems/component libraries.
- Fluency with tools like Figma and comfort engaging in technical discussions with engineering teams.
- Robust design sensibility, evidence-led decision making, and excellent communication skills.
- (Bonus) Exposure to GRC, Fintech, BFSI, or regulated industries.
