Responsibilities and Duties

Own the product roadmap, backlog, and prioritization for assigned product(s) Gather requirements from internal stakeholders and external clients (BFSI/corporate) to define features and improvements Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams

Work with UX/UI and engineering to ship features on time and with quality Track product performance metrics and gather user feedback for continuous improvement

Collaborate with sales and client-success teams to understand market/client needs, especially around due diligence, third-party risk,



and merchant onboarding/compliance workflows Stay updated on GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance), TPRM, and BFSI regulatory trends relevant to product direction

Evaluate and integrate AI/ML capabilities into the product where relevant (e.g., automation of risk scoring, document analysis, anomaly detection, codex and claude for internal or client use) Coordinate UAT, release cycles, and post-launch monitoring Educational Qualifications

B.E./B.Tech (Computer Science, IT, Electronics, etc.), MBA (Marketing, Product Management, Operations, Business Analytics) Skills & Requirements

2–4 years of experience in Product Management (B2B SaaS preferred; fintech/BFSI/GRC domain a robust plus) Solid understanding of the product lifecycle — discovery, requirement gathering, roadmap planning, execution, and release

Hands-on experience or working knowledge of AI tools (e.g., Codex/ Claude for research & drafting, AI-assisted design/dev tools, prompt engineering, or product-embedded AI features) Knowledge about claude sdk, Google sdk and lang chain Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with BFSI or regulated industry clients

Understanding of GRC frameworks and IT audit processes

Exposure to building or managing AI-powered features within a SaaS product
