About the Role:

We are looking for a Product Manager to improve and scale HireSorts existing AI recruitment platform. You will work closely with engineering, design, AI, sales, and customers to identify product gaps, prioritise improvements, and deliver intuitive, high-impact features.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the product roadmap and backlog for assigned modules.
- Understand recruiter and hiring-manager workflows through user research and feedback.
- Identify opportunities to improve screening, candidate comparison, shortlisting, and recruitment analytics.
- Write clear PRDs, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Work with design, engineering, and AI teams from discovery to release.
- Analyse product usage, user drop-offs, and support issues to drive improvements.
- Define and track product metrics such as adoption, engagement, retention, and workflow completion.
- Improve the quality, explainability, and usability of AI-generated candidate insights.
- Communicate product priorities, decisions, and release plans to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:





- 36 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in product management.
- Experience with B2B SaaS, AI, HR-tech, or workflow automation products.
- Strong experience in improving and scaling existing digital products.
- Ability to convert user problems into clear product requirements.
- Strong analytical, prioritisation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience working closely with engineering and design teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with recruitment technology or applicant tracking systems.
- Exposure to AI-powered products, APIs, integrations, or product analytics.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Figma, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Postman.
- Experience working in an early-stage startup workplace.
