- Nurturing existing relationships and on-boarding of new OEMs/Dealers/Suppliers of Industrial & Medical Equipment for new business generations.
- Visiting various equipment exhibitions & Associations like NSIC, MSME, CII, FICCI etc for YES Bank branding and sourcing business specifically for Equipment Finance and SME Facilities.
- Visiting various DSA’s and Financial Consultants in Delhi NCR for sourcing new business proposals.
- Suggesting Policy/Process Changes, Product Development & Recent Segment addition as per market trend.
- Product visibility across all SME verticals of Yes Bank in North thru regular interaction and training to sales team and encouraging them to source Equipment Finance business.
- Bridging gap between the sales team and other internal and external departments for proper execution of business
