We are looking for a Product Manager who knows the education space inside out and has the market maturity to help us grow.

What You'll Do

- Own the product roadmap for Byline's learning solutions — from market research and curriculum design to launch and revenue tracking
- Analyse international education markets and translate client and learner feedback into products that generate real business
- Work with instructional designers to define curriculum frameworks and ensure products are pedagogically sound and globally relevant
- Gather and formalise requirements from clients across geographies; write transparent product specs and drive delivery with design and engineering
- Support business development — contribute to proposals, client demos, and go-to-market planning for new geographies and segments
- Define pricing models, track product revenue, and contribute to international growth strategy

What We're Looking For

- 3–8 years in product management, edtech, or curriculum development — with international market exposure
- Experience working with clients or delivering products outside India (Middle East, Southeast Asia, UK, or similar)




- Strong understanding of how learning programmes are designed and sold across corporate L&D;, certification, and academic contexts
- Commercial instinct — you understand revenue, pricing, and what makes a product viable in a market, not just useful to a learner
- Excellent communication and requirement analysis skills; comfortable dealing with diverse, cross-cultural stakeholders
- Familiarity with LMS platforms, SCORM/xAPI, or e-learning delivery workflows is a plus
- Independent, mature working style — you don't wait to be told what to do
