We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to own end-to-end product management across our technical portfolio, including cloud infrastructure, telephony/VoIP platforms, mobile & web applications, and CRM & Trading Platforms integrated with MetaTrader 5 (MT5). You will drive product roadmaps, ensure on-time delivery, and align cross-functional stakeholders while managing a technical team of 20–25 members. Key Responsibilities

Own product roadmaps and maintain explicit, version-controlled documentation, including PRDs, product specifications, and release notes.

Manage day-to-day delivery for a 20–25 member engineering team, including sprint planning, dependency management, and timeline tracking.

Translate business and client requirements into clear, actionable product specifications for engineering.

Lead stakeholder reviews, product demonstrations, and presentations for internal leadership and external clients.

Coordinate product execution across cloud infrastructure, VoIP/telephony (Dialer & CRM platforms), mobile applications, web applications,



and trading platforms.

Define and track QA/UAT milestones to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.

Prioritize features and manage trade-offs across multiple concurrent product lines.

Required Skills & Experience

3–5 years of Product Management experience, preferably across multiple technical domains rather than a single product.

Proven track record of delivering products on time while managing 20+ member engineering teams.

Strong documentation skills, including roadmaps, PRDs, product specifications, sprint planning, and release management.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

Highly organized, punctual, structured, and delivery-focused working style. Good to Have

Experience with telephony/VoIP products (FreeSWITCH, SIP, Dialer/CRM platforms).

Familiarity with MetaTrader 5 (MT5) and the Trading/Forex/CFD industry.

Experience managing cloud-hosted SaaS products.

Exposure to multi-tenant and white-label product architectures.
