Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Product Manager role based in Telangana, India.

The Product

Manager will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned pharmaceutical products, from market analysis and product planning to launch and post-launch optimization. Day-to-day work includes defining product strategy, gathering and prioritizing customer and market requirements, coordinating with R&D;, manufacturing, regulatory, and commercial teams, and ensuring product plans align with the company’s overall CDMO strategy. The role involves preparing product roadmaps, pricing and positioning recommendations, sales tools, and marketing materials, as well as monitoring product performance, margins,



and customer satisfaction.

The Product

Manager will regularly analyze competitive landscapes, support key client engagements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product value and operational efficiency.

Qualifications Strong product management capabilities, including product lifecycle management, roadmap development, and requirements gathering.

Experience in market research, competitive analysis, and data-driven decision-making for pharmaceutical or life sciences products.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as R&D;, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and commercial operations.

Solid understanding of pharmaceutical development, CDMO operations, and basic regulatory and compliance considerations.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with proficiency in clear, structured documentation.

Proven organizational and project management skills, including prioritization, timeline management, and problem-solving.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related technical field; an MBA or equivalent business qualification is an advantage.

Relevant experience in product management, portfolio management, or marketing within the pharmaceutical or CDMO sector is highly desirable.

Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced environment and aligning work with global clients’ quality, innovation, and delivery expectations.
