- Analyse consumer, merchant, lender, and operations journeys
- Review user drop-offs, rejection reasons, and support issues
- Conduct competitor and stakeholder research
- Convert findings into transparent problem statements Analytics
- Analyse eligibility, KYC, offer, payment, and success funnels
- Identify merchant- and lender-wise drop-offs
- Build business cases for coverage, conversion, GMV,



and revenue impact
- Create dashboards and management summaries Product Documentation
- Write PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules
- Create user flows, wireframes, edge-case matrices, and tracking plans
- Maintain decision, dependency, and open-question logs Execution and Testing
- Coordinate with Product, Tech, Design, Integrations, Operations, and Compliance
- Prepare and execute UAT
- Report and validate defects
- Maintain launch checklists and release trackers
- Monitor post-launch performance

- Identify recurring manual work that can be automated What we look for?
- 0-1 years of relevant experience
- BTech/BE/Graduate degree in any field
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and numbers
- Clear written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail and ownership
- Interest in fintech, lending, payments, or B2B platforms
- Basic knowledge of APIs, SQL, analytics, or wireframing is preferred
