WatchNation is a major watch retailer selling across the UK, EU, and USA - and we're looking for a detail-obsessed Product Listing Specialist to own the quality and structure of our 7,500+ SKU catalogue.
? The role in a nutshell
Hands-on data & execution - not SEO strategy. You'll spend your days in Shopify and spreadsheets: cleaning data, running bulk updates, and executing listing optimisation alongside our SEO Specialist.
?️ What you'll do
▪️ Own Shopify data quality, categorisation, tags & metafields at scale
▪️ Build and run error-free CSV/Excel bulk updates (titles, descriptions, metadata)
▪️ Turn SEO briefs and keyword guidance into clean, accurate listings
▪️ Scrape and research competitor sites for brand specs, pricing, and product data
? What we're looking for (must-haves)
▪️ Web/data scraping & research -able to pull competitor specs,
pricing, and product info efficiently from multiple sites
▪️ Excel/Sheets mastery - XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data cleaning
▪️ Hands-on Shopify experience - bulk imports/exports, metafields
▪️ Solid SEO basics - meta tags, title structures, clean formatting
▪️ Zero tolerance for data errors + robust written English
✨ Big plus: background or experience in the watch, fashion, or luxury retail industry
✨ Also nice to have: experience with Amazon or eBay
