Key Responsibilities :

- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with Engineering, AI/ML, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
- Conduct customer research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify recent opportunities.
- Prioritize product initiatives using customer insights, business impact, and data-driven decision-making.
- Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Drive AI-first product innovation, including Generative AI, Agentic AI, automation, and intelligent workflows.
- Monitor product performance using KPIs and analytics, continuously optimizing user experience.
- Lead and mentor Product Managers and Product Owners.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on product strategy, GTM planning, pricing, and product positioning.
- Ensure successful product launches and adoption through cross-functional coordination.




- Build scalable product processes and foster a culture of innovation.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 12+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years leading product teams.
- Proven experience building and scaling SaaS, Enterprise Software, or AI-powered products.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and modern product development methodologies.
- Experience working with AI/ML technologies, LLMs, Generative AI, or Agentic AI is highly desirable.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Ability to balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
